One of the items ordered and paid for was left out of the package. We live out of town (more than 15 kms so going back was out of the question. I called and they said they would give us credit on our next order, but it is not the same.

I placed my order 40 mins early, so as to pick up on time. Came in on time and my order hadn’t even been processed yet. Had to stand and wait an extra 10 mins for my order to be made.
