We take pride in our Parma's which are made on the premises from fresh chicken breast, fillets and Japanese bread crumb for a light and crunchy crust. All our sauce are made as needed as well. No pre-bought.
All Parma's are served with beer battered chips or hand-cut potato wedges with salad and a side or aioli dipping sauce.
