Order was placed at 5:08pm and food was collected at 5:26pm, but I only received it around 6:45pm. That took more than hour for delivery to a suburb that’s at most 20 mins away. This was my first time ordering at Menulog and I’m utterly disappointed. Food arrived cold to touch and taste definitely changed after reheating. Very, very unhappy

Got strawberry shake instead of vanilla and order 2 burgers with chips. Chips were all over done and the burgers weren't as good as when we first ordered from here. Didnt get the Hot sauce on one burger and asked for no bbq sauce butvwas given it anyway. But the most surprising thing was we got 4 burgers and 3 chips.
