I am very disappointed that not only did I not receive my food at all but I did not receive a refund or an explanation on why it was not delivered. Menulog claims they cannot refund me due to “my past account complaints” when I have not ever submitted a complaint. This will be my first and last time using Menulog.

salt and pepper eggplant was greasy noodle bowl was 80% noodle and lettuce and the dressing had no taste

This was an expensive meal and we did not get exactly what we ordered. Stir fried seasonal veg with chicken was delivered with five prawns and no chicken, crispy chicken with plum sauce was a lot of crisp and not a lot of chicken (very dry), chicken fried rice had meat in it which did not appear to be chicken.
