Missing doughnuts, beef rolls kind of plain, mince pie taste about average, many better pies out there at better prices. Was hoping for better so idk what else to say.

2 hours late. Asked to cancel but was refused. This is an insane way to treat customers in an attempt to avoid liability for the cost of food. If the number of orders means you cannot provide delivery within a reasonable amount of time, then suspend additional deliveries.
