Saturday 19 October 2024Food was stone cold and through no fault of the restaurant, driver did half a dozen other stops in the opposite direction adding 40 minutes on top of a 10 minute delivery. I want a full refund of the delivery as I didn't order cold food, I can send photos of all the other places the driver went, there is enough to arrange a charge back as your driver ruined the food. I don't want this driver to be able to accept my orders in the future.
