I placed my order at around 5:30, the expected time kept getting pushed back so i called Pizzacraft to see what was happening on their end and they said they had a driver but they left to do something else. I was then told that he was only 10 minutes away and my delivery wouldnt be far off. I then waited another 45 minutes and was about to call again when i heard a car pull up, i was half way to the door and the driver just left the order at the doorstep and walked away. No knock, nothing. This is not the first time this has happened for us, especially the no knocking! 2 hours to wait for a driver is pretty ridiculous and for this, and the other times, i would like to be refunded by menulog, not the restaurant.
