PM’s called me for my most recent order it doesn’t allow me to leave a review on that one so I will leave it here. I was called at 11:45 13/8/2024 and told I needed to cancel the order as they had no drivers to deliver the order and Menulog will refund. Menulog does not refund when an order is cancelled by the customer so this plot allows pMs to pocket the money while not providing a service

Not delivered within the suggested time and rang the delivery driver picked the meal up ten minutes after the latest delivery time this is absolutely rubbish service, I’ve waited 2 1/2 hours for my meal
