food was not delivered again... this keeps happening . you need to give our money back ASAP as this is so wrong. restaurant says food has been sitting there waiting for nearly 2hrs. repay us

Ordered a full chicken but was given three breast/wing quarters instead of a whole chicken where there are supposed to be 2 leg/thigh quarters and 2 breast/wing quarters. Chicken was disappointingly dry and chewy. Only item that salvaged this order was the newly cooked and crispy chips, hence giving 3 out of 5 stars.
