Was given wrong flavour of ice cream, I got a nut filled ice cream that I am highly allergic too , when I called the supplier they said they substituted it and can’t help me although I got no notification that it was not available from either the store or site. I would like a refund as I can’t eat the ice cream and was spoken to quite rudely over the phone regarding the situation.
