Really was not impressed with the order, original wait time was 45- 59 minutes, 2 hrs after ordering the order arrived. Even ordered earlier to beat the dinner rush. The parmy was quite small and the menu suggested that it came with chips and you choose an additional side when opened it was only the additional side, no chips. Pizza was nothing to write home about, maybe a new pizza box design is needed as what is getting sold on box design is not what was received.

it was cold not very hot the store said he didnt want to pick it up and i said hot not cold and they want to earn money and they kept changing the time of deliveryand took a long time for a driver to be assigned

order was delivered to my house and dumped on my front steps - no knock to let me know. So it was pretty cold by the time I went to lookout the door. The coffee I ordered was not in the delivery. I rang Rashays and they had found it on their counter and contacted the delivery driver but he said he was too busy to come back and get it. What sort of customer service is that? Do these delivery services give their drivers any training? Errors and mistakes such as this are extremely common. Rashays would not send it out with the same driver or anyone else. They offered me a free coffee any time I come into their shop. I have never been into their shop mostly because I never go to the shopping centre where they are located. Why couldnt they debit me for the amount - which they owe me? I know it can be done. Very poor from both Rashays and Menulog.
