Order was not delivered! App says food was delivered and it was not delivered. When contacting 'chat ' for help i was told my account was credited so i could reorder ... no credit was available when i went to reorder!!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our delivery last night. The food was left on the front porch without anyone ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door to notify us that it was there. By the time we found it there the meals had gone completely cold and we discovered there was only 1 serving of the Famous Small Chips instead of the 2 servings that we had ordered. At $7.90 per serving it’s very upsetting that this meal was just left out of the order.

The driver picked up the order then drove and stopped at linfield for 20 mins.. by the time the order was delivered the food was cold and inedible (and left outside my front gate)..my residence is 5 mins away from the restaurant!.. paying a delivery fee for this is unacceptable
