I paid an extra to add cookies and nothing came and my order took almost an hour to get here so disappointing

Food was an hour late. Upon arrival hot chocolate was spilt, and we were missing two churros, for the $50 something dollars I spent. This service was absolutely abysmal, and I highly doubt I’ll ever be using menulog again.

Not great service from Menulog asked to cancel as I had to leave the property for an emergency and they still sent someone an hour later who knows where the order ended up
