Hi Menulog, the delivery was incredibly poor tonight. The delivery driver did not even ring the doorbell and left the food on the floor of the front door and walked off. The food was not even in a bag which is quite shocking. Then San Churros got the wrong dip for our order as well. This is poor service in is not acceptable. We are happy to provide proof via Ring Doorbell and pictures. Please advise how you would rectify this situation.

Late delivery, drinks were cold. No knock at the door as requested. Absolutely terrible, restaurant blames driver for late delivery however hadn’t they made the order. I will never use again. Absolutely ridiculous.

I waited over 30 mins for order to be made. My driver then took over 30 mons to deliver the food. I assume he waited for another order because he/she was driving in the opposite direction to my house according to his/her location on the app. Due to the late delivery, my food was cold. Very dissapointed with service from san churros and the menu long courier.
