I asked the driver to come up to my apartment as I didn't have a key to get back up the elevator. He left it downstairs where I couldn't get it. Very annoyed

they didnt listen to delivery requests, im disabled so leaving it outside the building makes it really difficult for me to collect quickly and risks more time for theft to occur
