Drink was cold. Delivery took forever. Ordered at 7:30 - delivered 9:15pm. Estimated delivery continually changed.

The driver did not notify me he had dropped off the food so it was sitting outside and was cold and the bag was opened. I’m absolutely disgusted

I live 10 min from the restaurant it took one and 1/2 hours to arrive from pick up. Whole meal ruined throwen in bin. Tried to get refund from menulog got offered a $10 voucher for a $50 order. Then menulog kept disconnecting from chat impossible to deal with no phone number to talk direct. Only option now is consumer protection. DO NOT USE MENULOG DISGUSTING SERVICE. Contacted the restaurant who will also follow up with ML.
