Food was good but three items were missing from the order. 3x mango was omitted but paid for. Not a big issue but was noticed.

food was not prepared fresh for given pick up time. it was packaged up and sat in the warmers for more than 25 minutes till the time it was "ready for collection"

From the moment the order was picked up from the restaurant, The driver lost signal and it should’ve been here just after six, and it got here at almost 10 to 7 almost cold when the location is only roughly 15 minutes from our house. And it’s taken up to an hour
