Friday 08 September 2023I ordered at around 19:40. The estimated delivery time changed a few times, finally it was 20:35 - 20:55 and at 20:53 still had a status of Driver Assigned. Spoke to restaurant and said order had been ready for a long time. Went to restaurant to pick-up ourselves. Arrived after 21:10 and picked up order (restaurant was good in helping us). Courier arrived as picking up order at around 21:15. He apologised and said he would let you know about the situation and arrange a refund.

Friday 31 March 2023Due to having injured my back, I was unable to cook dinner or leave the house. So I used Menulog for the first time. I placed my order at 5.00pm.
When prompted I asked for delivery at 5.45pm
When I checked on the status of the order I was told delivery was for 6.15pm.
The order arrived at 7.40pm
I would like to know if this is considered reasonable, as if so- there is NO way that I will EVER use Menulog again.
