Driver took 20 minutes to do a 6 minute trip. food was cold by the time they delivered it, they didn't ring the door bell (or knock). The bag was saturated so food containers were wet. The quality (or lack of) from the drivers is leading me toi tend to not pay for the convenience and get the foodd myself, because the service level is not matching the cost.
