I rang cafe and checked they would give me 3/4 full and soy milk which they confirmed they would and I was given full cream milk and filled. It’s frustrating because I will be unwell and when I rang the store , no store credit was offered.

The bagel was extremely pricey compared to quality and the hot chocolate was spilled over the bag and the lid was not properly closed so it made a whole mess when I took it out.
