Drinks arrived late, split everywhere because they weren't even put in to a tray or bag. So someone just transported 3 coffees loosely sitting in a car. Coffee cups are covered in coffee and are no longer full cups because there was so much spillage. The spouts of the cups weren't sealed or covered in any way. This is absolute madness as well as completely unacceptable.
