Worst experience on this app yet, waited 30 mins for food and when it gets delivered the driver has an empty bag and is laughing, I open the bag to see a note saying that one of their appliances were broken so they could not make the meal. How do I refund this now, have photo evidence of the note and the bag. I would like to speak to someone on the phone about my interaction

Food was on time. But was not what I’d ordered and now I’m broke and don’t have money to be able to get what I originally wanted to get. I’ve contacted the store and they told me to go through Menulog to get my refund
