We were disappointed with the service provided. Firstly, the food was not ready at the stipulated time. Secondly, we were passed from one attendant to the next, with neither really taking overall responsibility for our order. Once the food was finally packed, it just remained at the counter with the attendant focussing on other customers in the queue (the online option was promoted as “skip the queue”. We only got to pick up our food after joining the queue, which defeated the purpose of online ordering.
