Nearly 2 hours late Soggy cross yuck, at least the lady from sushi grain rang to advise the driver as not picked up food, other wise it’s hopeless trying to get into with menu log. Food was thrown out !!

Waiting for almost 2 hours for a meal after the status shows as "driver assigned" is not good. Ordered at 4:24pm, arrives 6:17pm. Delivery driver stated it was Menulogs fault. I don't care who's to blame, on calling the restaurant 5:45pm they said they couldn't do a thing about it, told me to call Menulog to get a new driver assigned, Menulogs chat wasn't working, driver shows up during 2nd call to restaurant. Sushi was stuck together and to the bottom of the containers, meal ruined. $61.00 food, Delivery fee $4.99, service fee $5.00, total for this mess $70.99. Fail!!! Lost me as a customer.
