The quality of Sweet Belem is always great but, today in particular, I want to congratulate the shop for the professionalism of their staff. On my delivery bag there was a note stappled with the invoice saying that, unfortunately, two items were unavailable so, they apologized for the inconvenience and replaced them with others and more. We are very happy with the replacements. Such professionalism it's difficult to find. Thank you so much. I love sweet Belem!

They did not send what I ordered. I got the Portuguese tarts but got various fruit or chocolate pastries when I ordered custard ones. Why didn’t they just tell me they were out of ones I ordered?
