I ordered for 5pm it got delivered at 5.14pm I was missing food again eventually time they do this I rang them they say sorry that doesn’t help my kids eat dinner does it

I didn’t receive it, courier got lost and before I could message them to tell them where to find me they delivered it somewhere down the road. Seriously if your couriers can’t find the correct address they need to call the customer for directions instead of delivering anywhere they please. Atleast I got my money back but I can’t even reorder because the restaurant has stopped taking orders now.
