Nothing was delivered. The restaurant closed. As it took y'all to long to assign a driver. Also the restaurant did not cancel the order when they closed. So now I have to request a refund again.

Hi Don, Unfortunately the restaurant doesn’t have the opinion to cancel customer order after the order came through. We even can’t reach customer and Menulog directly(only by email). So the only way get money back is asking refund on your behalf. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Very disappointed. I rang the cheesecake shop at 11.00 as I did not have any information on the order I put in on 5/4/2023 they told me they did not receive an order despite my having a receipt for payment. I then ordered again and paid . The cake was delivered and about two hours later I received a call from the cheesecake shop to say my first order had come through and did I want the second cake. I told them not to send it and I wanted a credit they refused. So now I have two cakes when I only wanted one and I am $67.00 worse off. I won’t be getting anything from them again. It was a very frustrating experience and as a pensioner a very expensive one.
