If I could give it a minus 5 I would. The collection process was ridiculous. I paid a substantial amount of money for an item and when I came to pick it up, I had to wait 30 minutes plus due to the store clerks telling me I had to confirm my pick up when I had no option to confirm it as I am not a driver, just a regular paying customer.
