Udon soup and tempura prawns cold, poor quality vegetables and terrible flavour not worth the extra long wait and delayed delivery time

No driver collected my order. The restaurant called me because they were closing and offered to deliver it themselves. A driver finally arrived but the meal was cold. This is unacceptable. I request a full refund.

Tell your drivers that it is NEVER ACCEPTABLE to dump the food on a low wall at the edge of the property and leave without even so much as attempting to contact anyone or deliver the food to a person. Not too fond of drivers that deliberately avoid updating their delivery status so they can sneak in a second delivery without appearing to be taking a massive detour. Cold food, poor service - say Menulog.
