Pickup through Menulog is always terrible if a specific lady running the shift is there. I’m not one to usually complain about food because I’ve worked in fast food so I try to be a good customer - I know what it can be like. Multiple occasions I’ve picked up food from here and the lady running shift is just rude in her interactions. The other employees are fine. Super annoying because everything else is good. Felt like the employees know she’s rude too, they were lovely to me.
