absolutely terrible service from Menulog!!! I eventually went to fetch my order after an hour. The restaurant had said that they were waiting for a driver !!!! Absolute joke that you say it was delivered, no it was collected by me and I still paid the service fee. I would rate your services in the negatives if I could. Just to make it clear I collected my order, it was never delivered cause I could not wait any longer for my food.

Missing part of the order. Menulog app is not sophisticated enough to claim a refund for an “add on” item - a can of drink in this case.
