The driver took 20 minutes, seemingly drove across 6 suburbs to get to my house. He crushed my garlic bread because "it was windy"

Although I had special delivery instructions added, they were ignored and we ended up taking delivery over a fence. Food was fairly bland. There were olives on mine, which were not in the description.

Driver didn’t pick up the order from the restaurant, the status kept saying the order had been allocated to a driver. After 1 hour I called the restaurant - they said that they were still waiting for the driver and had tried contacting Menulog with no response. In the end, the restaurant delivered the food themselves. Good restaurant service, terrible delivery driver and Menulog service
