Monday 17 March 2025Took 2 hours for delivery. Ordered at 5.47pm, order ready in store 6.01pm. Collected by driver around 7.15pm delivered 7.45pm. We rang the store multiple times who advised the driver had been assigned but had not collected. Food was not fresh.

Tuesday 11 March 2025Order delivered at 1.10pm, expected at 12.25. Delivery driver called as he was a little lost. Food was still mostly hot and delicious. Possibly a little colder than it would have been without the location difficulty.

Friday 07 March 2025Driver dropped food at door, did not knock. This is a practice that needs to stop as I have had countless amounts of food cold because someone cannot have the common decency to knock and announce their arrival.
